Form Data Management

The ajila Form Data Management separates the presentation layer (AEM Forms) from the data management with the following features:

Storage	Temporary form data storage used in form processes with asynchronous scenarios like “save as draft” or other “stop-and-go” interactions.
Processing	Guaranteed and managed execution of commands used in form processes with asynchronous scenarios.
Encryption	Secure form data encryption with: ajila managed encryption key Customer managed key as an option (CMK)
Data deletion	Guaranteed and managed form data deletion after a form process has ended.
Audit data	Individual audit data management to tell the history of a form process.
Configuration	Secure external storage of configurations such as credentials for Customer API access, email, etc.. Configurations can be changed on-the-fly, independent of the AEM infrastructure, ensuring consistent configuration across all AEM servers.
